Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. In my general therapy practice I have special interest in working with young professionals and new moms. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and dedicate a large portion of my practice to clients with eating disorders. I also practice EMDR to help my clients heal from traumatic memories or experiences they carry with them. I enjoy helping my clients better navigate their inner world so they can lead empowered and meaningful lives.
